Order Terms

Once your order is received, we’ll begin baking your brownies and we will dispatch them via Royal Mail’s first class delivery service within three working days.

We will endeavour to send the brownies out to you on a specific date if desired, otherwise all orders will be prioritised for immediate delivery.

We cannot amend any orders or provide refunds if the order has already been dispatched.

Loyalty Programme

To join our loyalty programme, simply sign up to our mailing list. You’ll then be sent a form to register your details. You’ll receive a gift on your birthday, subject to the following:

• Spend £50 in the 12 months prior to your upcoming birthday to receive a box of brownie truffles

• Spend £100 in the 12 months prior to your upcoming birthday to receive a box of two brownies

• You’ll need to stay subscribed to our mailing list to qualify for our loyalty programme

• One gift per person per year
